We provide candidate screening and vetting, however, we do not manage clients' teams for them and that is why initial interviews are very important. We believe that a truly good candidate is hard to find. Therefore we do proper recruiting and headhunting within the target market. We make sure that a candidate has good English speaking skills and has passed an engineering interview within their domain before they are presented to a client. In some cases, the search can take longer than average, but our process ensures that we hire the right candidates from a wide pool of talent.

Absolutely. Here at Bridge, we are all about transparency. Our three services have the following pricing models:

  1. We charge a fee for contingency recruitment in case you want to get our IT recruitment services. Plus, you'll have to pay salaries to your remote engineers. You can use our Budget Calculator to get an accurate estimate of developer salaries.
  2. If it's IT staffing services, you'll pay a daily rate for the engineers who'll work on your project. You'll know this rate before you start working with us. 
  3. We charge our standard fee for Sourcing as a Service
