Bridge is here. Anyone can hire remote teams now

Bridge was founded in late 2019 out of the idea that there must be a better way to grow a company than just hire where your main office is. Every day we are embracing and celebrating the new technology that allows teams to collaborate regardless of their geography, but somehow only within the United States. There is the whole world out there but yet very few US companies go out of their comfort zone and open operations abroad. In the past, there really wasn’t that much need to look outside of the US except, maybe, resource cost considerations. However as more technology companies spring up every year and more companies embrace digitalization, the competition for limited engineering resources becomes stiffer. Most engineers are swept off the market by large tech companies (think FAANG) or enterprise organizations looking to increase their digital edge. This leaves smaller companies to compete for an ever-shrinking talent pool. Today the problem is not the cost, but rather the availability of qualified resources.

Here at Bridge we create a product that allows clients to get over the uncertainty of opening an R&D office in a foreign country. We make a global pool of talent available to companies that would otherwise not have the resources to access it. We believe that within the next decade over 50% of US companies will have full time distributed teams and our mission is to be the interface to create and run remote R&D operations. With Bridge you can easily open an R&D office in Ukraine, technical support office in Argentina and research lab in Mexico, all within one awesome interface.

Stay tuned for the next updates and product releases. Shoot us a question if you want to find out more.

Choosing the Right Programming Language for Your Machine Learning Project

When picking the best programming language for an ML project, the first thing you need to understand is that there’s no one-size-fits-all manual or a neat step-by-step guide. As cliché as it may sound, the choice largely depends on your project’s specific requirements. At the same time, what you can and should do is research …
